Change the focus of the discourse by replacing it with Socialist causes (Welfare, Global Warming, Obamacare, Auto-maker takeover, bank takeovers, etc..) and make the denunciations of calling anyone who disagrees are racists or paid-shills. Voila! You have the leftist modus operandi.

What amazes me is how fast the leftists in America and abroad are to jump on this ‘Goering Bandwagon’, proclaim Bush/Cheney/Rove are Nazi-like Agents, and dismiss what we all witnessed with our eyes; 9/11/01!!
More to the point, if some right-leaning commentator were to proclaim Obama Nazi-like, as some have in the town meetings, the leftists are quick to dismiss this allegory as insane, outrageous and unsympathetic to people who suffered under real Nazi’s.
