Dumbest thing i’ve ever seen. which part of the above involved natural selection acting on random chance. Looks like a great argument for intelligent design becuase that is exactly how those words changed color. heck, that is how the words got there in the first place, regardless of the color.

Unfortunately, as an example of evolution, it doesn’t match the facts. If it were accurate, we would see a continuum of forms in the fossil record and in living creatures. You wouldn’t have distinct species, because everything would be in the process of evolving into something else.

This is not an all encompassing explanation of evolution, it’s an explanation of why you don’t see evolution happening in real time, it happens very slowly and subtly. Take this example and look at it over thousands of years. It is a very good illustration of the small refinements that happen in evolution that make things early and late in the process look dramatically different.
