I have 19 years experience working as Executive and Personal Assistant in various environments such as legal, insurance, real estate, non-profit organizations, healthcare and private individuals. I have been looking for options in these environments as well as other industries but have been unsuccessful. I like really like my job but willing to cross train in other positions to be competitive. What would be a good action plan, in terms of using my administrative skills and cross training, should I be looking into and what is an efficient and aggressive way to compete in this economy where there are thousands upon thousands are competing for similar administrative jobs and such. Thank you.
