I prefer mailinator.com as you dont have to visit the site first like guerllmail. (think up and use the email first, then check it later)

The doubleclick site has lots of stuff, but I can locate nothing related to and opt-out other that a reference at the top of the page.

Google block http://www.scroogle.org/cgi-bin/scraper.htm and i use this one year approximately and i love it but Google block them. They are T-Rex of free internet. Fascist
